My sweet baby sister Luanne Lindsey has been in the hospital with a broken hip. She has been developing symptoms of Altzheimers disease over the past year or two, but they are much worse now. She was in Mercy Hospital for a few weeks with the hip repair, but now in a nursing home that they call a rehab home in this day and age. All the same, it's an "institution", but one of the better ones. It's so hard to see her there. Has been so involved in life, her military husband and her family. A terrible disease that no one should have to suffer with. Hate to see her that way, but need to visit and be with her too. Just wish there was something I could do besides pray......
